Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Although it looks like a gel-type face wash, it's actually a foaming type. It's mildly acidic, so it's gentle on the skin. The simple packaging is stylish. It's great for gentle cleansing, even during the change of seasons when your skin is sensitive.
sioris DAY BY DAY Cleansing Gel is a cleanser that isn't a makeup remover. It's the first time I've used a gel face wash with such a bouncy texture, but you add water and lather it up before use (*'ω'*). The aloe vera leaf juice cleanses sensitive skin while retaining moisture, leaving it feeling soft and smooth after washing. The finish is excellent and I highly recommend it. You can buy it officially now at half price with the eco discount. If you're worried about dry skin or want to find a face wash that suits you, give it a try. I think sioris really suits my skin.
