Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,

What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It doesn't pill easily and is very easy to use.
I had a few points, so I bought it at the store. I was surprised when I tried it! It's so smooth and fluffy, unlike the cotton I've used before, and it doesn't pill at all. I've always bought cotton because of its value for money, but with such a big difference, this cotton makes me think it's better to use a better quality product, even if it's a little more expensive. I'd definitely buy it again.
It's not thick enough to tear into a cotton pack. I think Beauty Cotton is easier to use. It's a good product if you don't want to tear it.
It doesn't pill easily and is very easy to use.
I used them when applying lotion. They were comfortable and didn't pill! I'd like to use the Kanebo cotton pads when cleansing, and the Albion and Cosme Decorte cotton pads when applying lotion first. The pack contains only a few sheets, so they're a little pricey...
