Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this for travel. I was torn between the moisturizing and the dry type, but I think this will be fine for summer. I'll consider the moisturizing type for winter.
I feel like it's not moisturizing enough. But it certainly does prevent acne. I've decided to buy the actual product!
Do you get acne when you're tired? I often get breakouts in the same place, and even going to the dermatologist doesn't seem to help. Using this product has helped a lot. I bought this for my daughter who has acne. It doesn't have an alcoholic feel, so it's suitable for sensitive skin. It's for use after acne has already appeared, so it doesn't seem to make it less likely to occur, but it's neither good nor bad. A small amount of moisturizer is enough, so even the small size seems to last.
