How to use
使用时无需弄湿双手或面部。取樱桃大小的乳霜于干燥的双手，涂抹于掌心。将乳霜敷于面部，双手轻轻包裹住乳霜。轻柔按摩至全脸吸收。即使是污垢较多的部位，也不要用力揉搓，而是缓慢轻柔地按摩至吸收。待乳霜完全吸收后，沾湿双手，以打圈的方式轻轻按摩全脸，同时用温水乳化乳霜，直至乳霜呈乳白色。乳化有助于更好地卸妆，也更容易冲洗干净。乳霜完全乳化后，用温水彻底冲洗干净。如果您希望洗后感觉更清爽，建议之后使用洁面产品。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
