Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample for the first time. I didn't understand it at first glance...
It lathers well and leaves your skin feeling moisturized, smooth and silky after washing. It's a feeling you'll want to keep touching.
I used a sample. It has a soft, pleasant scent that's soothing. But it's not overpowering and doesn't linger, which is nice. It cleanses very well and feels gentle on the skin. After rinsing, I didn't feel the "slimy" feeling that the product advertises. I didn't feel refreshed like it had completely removed all the dirt, just a little moisturized. My skin didn't feel as dry as usual after a bath... I wonder if it would make a difference if I lathered it up more or continued using it? It didn't have the effect I expected.
I used the sample and it was great. A small amount produced a lot of foam. The foam was smooth, yet light and very comfortable to use. It's expensive, but perhaps it's good value for money? I'll try it if I can find it cheaper.
