Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried it with the trial set. The shampoo lathers well. The treatment was like a mud pack, something I've never used before? It was heavy and firm. After rinsing it off, it felt really nice on my hands. The scent was okay. I also tried the Moist & Smooth trial. I only got one use, so I couldn't tell the difference, but both treatments felt better on my hair than the ones I've used before.
This is the first time I've used it, and it smells great! It leaves my hair feeling moisturized and easy to manage. I'm excited to see how much it will change my hair before I finish using it!
I bought this shampoo and conditioner on a whim because I didn't have any particular preference for it, but the scent was nice and it made my hair smooth, so I've been buying it again and again. I especially like the thick treatment, which is easy to apply even on wet hair.
I only use the treatment. Even if I change the shampoo I use, my hair stays moisturized, so I think this treatment is the right choice for me. The scent isn't too strong, and it's cheap and available at the drugstore. I plan to keep buying it unless I find another product I want to try.
The price of shampoo has gone up. Even though the ingredients have improved, it's still expensive, so I was looking for something at a reasonable price. Among them, I bought Jurem because I've used it before. I have semi-long, thin hair, partially bleached 2-4 times. It lathers well and has a light finish, which is good. I was fine just washing it, so I wasn't expecting any particular treatment effect. The scent isn't unpleasant, so it's OK. I might buy it again.
