（1）取出面膜，逐一展开，使面膜凸起的一面朝外，然后将不平整的一面贴合肌肤。（2）敷约8分钟后取下面膜。洁面后使用。为了获得更好的效果，建议敷面膜后使用乳液或面霜滋润肌肤。
