I bought this to slim down my upper arms. I don't use it to lose weight, but to tone them up. I hate having flabby arms, so I'm continuing to use it.

Since it's a gel, it feels sticky at first, but once it's absorbed, it's not sticky and seems good for the coming season. It's a little cool, so I'd like to use it for night care. The scent is a bit peculiar, which bothers me.
