Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was too mild for my T-zone. I feel like it has a stronger cleansing power than Curel's foam face wash. Also, it takes forever to rinse off. I guess it would be fine to use it after cleansing in the bath and then rinse it off in the shower.
The rich foam doesn't drip even when the product is turned upside down, saving time♪ This pump is a wonderful product of Kao's corporate efforts, and I also use it as body soap☆ I have dry skin, and I was told that "due to my age, washing my face in the morning with only lukewarm water is fine!" so I tried it, but I occasionally get red spots, so I use this only on my T-zone in the morning, and it feels good, and I'm almost finished one bottle. However, I'm not sure if I want to buy it again (>_<) The scent is strong! Should I go for the rich foam or put up with the scent... The body soap also has a very strong "osmanthus scent," so I didn't buy it again. Overall, the Biore series scents are strong!

I don't have any particular preference when it comes to facial cleansers, but I've been curious about this one for a while, so I bought it. There are different types with different effects, but I like pink, so I chose this one (^^; It says 4 or 5 pumps, but for me 2 pumps is enough, so it's good value for money, and they also have refills, so it's even better value for money. I also like that it produces a good amount of foam for this price.
