Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

[Product] A cleansing balm packed with beauty ingredients. Cleanses and cares for your skin with popular beauty ingredients like fullerene, EGF, and FGF. This warming balm gently warms and massages in. Also contains squalane, sodium hyaluronate, and hydrolyzed collagen, leaving your skin feeling moisturized after rinsing. [Usage] The texture is more like a thick gel than a balm, and it softens when applied to the skin, but it adheres well and seems to capture dirt firmly. It also feels gently warm when swirled around, which is great. It rinses off without feeling sticky, leaving your skin feeling moisturized and soft. It's a balm, but it comes in a tube, so it's easy to use.
As you massage it in, it gradually warms up, making it easier to massage and relaxing. It also moisturizes dry skin while cleansing it, and provides anti-aging care while softening it.
Because it's in a tube, it doesn't get water in even when placed in the bathroom, giving it a clean feel, and it comes out smoothly. It feels a little heavy when you apply it to your face, but when you spread it all over, it warms up slightly, so you may not need to massage it in. After washing, your skin feels very moisturized and not dry at all. It doesn't feel tight and is gentle on the skin. It also removes makeup cleanly and refreshingly.
Balms tend to be oily and thick, but this one has a texture that's neither oily nor heavy. It's thick and gel-like. It spreads very smoothly, and the warming effect that develops as you spread it is very pleasant. It has an elegant rose scent, but it's not too strong, and rather subtle. The soft, pleasant scent is relaxing. The skin feels just the right amount of refreshed after use, and the balance of moisture remaining on the skin is just right! There's no need for double cleansing, so it leaves your skin feeling refreshed even without washing your face afterwards, and there's no unpleasant sticky feeling left behind. I usually wear natural makeup, such as a BB cream base and no eyeliner, but I had no complaints about the cleansing power.
I haven't used it this time of year, but I do use this balm during the colder months. I really like the warming sensation and the moisturizing feeling after removing makeup.
