Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin, and the products I've found to be gentle on the skin don't have much moisturizing power, so I was looking for something more moisturizing and gentle on the skin. This product is perfect for me, and when used with the serum, it's even more moisturizing and doesn't irritate my skin.
I used to have inner dryness and fairly oily skin, but lately, maybe due to age, it's been getting drier, which is actually a good thing. There's nothing special about using this lotion, and it doesn't have any special effects, or make my skin feel dry the next day. But it does provide solid moisturization, even when my skin is sensitive or irritated before my period. It's amazing. It's not moisturizing enough to get me through the winter, so I use it in combination with a highly moisturizing lotion depending on my skin's condition. It's a product I'd like to keep on hand so I don't run out.

The ACSEINE AD Control Lotion is lighter and more refreshing. This one is more moisturizing, plumping my skin, and maintaining its moisture. The Enrich Bio Serum I use with it has also been good, but it's also made my skin's surface smoother and more toned. I plan to continue using it for a while.

It's very smooth and light to use. When I wake up with my usual skincare routine, my skin feels dry and flaky, and I feel like it's not enough. But since I started using this lotion, my skin doesn't feel dry when I wake up in the morning. Since it's light, I wondered if it would be moisturizing, and I was surprised that it was. It's fragrance-free and very easy to use.
