Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The lotion and moisturizer in the same series are really good, so I bought this as an additional moisturizer for dry skin. While it's not very moisturizing, it spreads smoothly and I layer it on top of my moisturizer, so it's just right. When my skin is unstable, this series is definitely one to rely on. I was previously advised by a store clerk that when my skin gets really rough, it's best to apply this cream directly without using a lotion. I use other products when my skin is dry, but this is a cream I want to keep on hand.
As the official description states, "This is a simple and minimalist cream that was carefully designed with sensitive skin in mind, eliminating irritating ingredients and formulating only the essentials." During pollen season, my skin becomes sensitive and even my regular creams and other products that claim to be for sensitive skin sting, but this didn't irritate my skin. It was a lifesaver. I don't think it has any special beauty benefits, but I think its strength lies in the peace of mind that it can moisturize any skin condition.

I'm in my 30s and have rough skin. This product moisturizes my skin to a certain extent. The crust around my mouth has improved a lot. However, I still get some bumps, and I'm not sure if it's because of the lotion or this product. My skin has gotten better compared to before, so I'll stick with this cream until I find another one. By the way, I feel like my sebum production slows down when I'm wearing makeup.
