Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a foaming face wash, and this one said it was good for sensitive skin, so I bought it. The foam is a little weak. It says it's suitable for sensitive skin, but it does sting quite a bit. But it doesn't cause any breakouts or anything like that. At this price, I'm not sure if I'll continue using it, but it seems like it's not much different from the one I buy at DS. I won't be repurchasing it.

This is my second bottle. It comes out as a foam, so it's easy to use, doesn't irritate, and doesn't over-cleanse, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and supple. I love OSAJI and use a variety of products, but this was the one I first tried in the trial set and didn't really like, so I haven't used it since. I read the reviews and it had good reviews, so I thought, "Huh?" and tried it again, and it was amazing! OSAJI's skincare products are designed to cultivate the skin's resident bacteria rather than provide nutrients from the outside, so I don't think you'll see results right away, but you'll understand the benefits after using it for a month. I was hesitant to use OSAJI's cleanser because it's based on double cleansing, but using this together with the cleanser doesn't over-cleanse, and leaves no rough, dead skin cells, so my skin feels great.
I buy it in store and keep buying it. I love that it leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing. Another plus point is that it can be used by family members with sensitive skin without causing any irritation.
