Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Purchased from Amazon. It's completely non-sticky and smooth to the touch. The subtle cooling sensation of the tea tree is pleasant, and I think it might be good for oily or acne-prone skin. I use it as a preventative cream for seborrheic dermatitis caused by atopic dermatitis. It blends in smoothly, even on red areas, and I feel like it subsides the redness a little. If you moisturize thoroughly with lotion or serum before applying the cream, and then seal it with this cream, it leaves your skin feeling smooth and silky. I think it would also work well as a makeup base. I also use the soap from the same series to wash my face and body, and it feels great. I've only just started using it, so I'll let you know if there are any changes.
I started using it about two years ago. It's extremely effective not only on the face but also on rough skin on the body! It's not too sticky, so I don't have to worry about being unable to wear clothes after applying it. When I apply it to acne on my face (including acne that is starting to form), it dries up before it gets too big, so it's very helpful (*^^*)
It's a firm cream without being sticky. My skin gets sensitive when it dries, but I can use it without worry. The tea tree scent is strong, so I wondered if it would be okay at first, but the scent quickly fades. I recommend it for dry seasons.
It's rare to find this product anywhere, so it's a rare find! It calms down hot, flaky skin in the hot summer. It's not sticky, so I'll definitely buy it again.
