Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was a mild and easy-to-use serum. I was glad I was able to try samples at a discount on Beauty Day.
It's very moisturizing, and if you apply it at night, your skin will be plump and supple in the morning. I used up all of Excella once, then tried a more expensive product, but I couldn't really feel any difference, so I decided to stick with Excella! I keep buying it. It's a skincare line from a pharmaceutical company, so I feel safe using it.

I won a sample. It was a brand I didn't know so I didn't have high expectations, but it was a great match for my skin. It's a smooth liquid that leaves my skin feeling moist and supple as it penetrates deep into the skin. There's no strange smell, and I didn't experience any skin problems. I'm considering buying the actual product!
I've been using this serum for about two years now, and this is my fifth bottle. I don't notice much whitening, but I do notice firmness. I can buy it cheaply at Suzykirei, so I think I'll use this as my go-to serum for the time being.
