Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'd say it's okay. Compared to U-Dot, it has a softer lather and leaves your skin feeling refreshed without feeling tight. However, I didn't feel it was particularly effective in removing dullness or pore dirt. I felt that U-Dot brightened my skin, and I realized that I prefer a thicker, richer lather, so although this isn't bad, I think I'll go back to U-Dot.

I've been using this for a long time.
I use it every night as part of my skincare routine. I use a net to create a fluffy lather and then wash my face. It really does make a fluffy mess, so it's a great deal lol. My face feels so clean and fresh after washing!
