Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was an easy-to-use lotion. It was moisturizing but not sticky and had just the right amount of moisturizing power!
I bought the moisturizing type, and it has a refreshing, watery texture. It might be perfect for this hot weather. It doesn't dry out or sting at all. It's inexpensive, so I'm happy I can use it generously. I'm not sure how effective it is compared to other vitamin C lotions, but I plan to keep using it until it runs out.
I've always used the Orbis U series, but considering my age and concerns, I decided to try this one. The texture is so good I think it might be good! It also contains vitamin C, so I'm hoping it will also have whitening effects. I bought the trial version this time, so I'd like to continue using it for a while.
It's moisturizing and refreshing, but not too sticky, so it doesn't interfere with my base makeup. It's easy to use! It's neither good nor bad, so I like it.
I've been using Orbis Aqua Force for many years, but it's been discontinued, so I bought this. Orbis's lotions have become more and more thick, but this one is still light. It feels like it penetrates quickly and smoothly. As is often the case with whitening products, it's a little lacking in moisture. I'm happy overall, but I wish Aqua Force would come back (sobs).
