It does brighten the skin tone quite a bit. It feels more like a base for brightening the skin tone rather than for its coverage. It's watery, so it's sticky and makes my skin look oily...it doesn't really suit my skin...so I bought it on Suzykirei shopping.

This primer has both moisturizing properties and coverage. I like it because it has more coverage than Clé de Peau's popular primers. If you apply Givenchy's green control primer after this primer to areas where you're concerned about redness, the finish is very beautiful. I would recommend it for those who are concerned about dryness, especially in the winter season.
