Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I only use it at night because it's said to be effective on eyelashes as well. It's a soft gel cream, so it's easy to apply and blend in. I haven't seen any results yet, but it's moisturizing, so I'm hoping it will give my eyes and eyelashes more bounce in the future, so I've given it 5 stars.
I use NARS liquid foundation and my skin doesn't irritate, so I bought the eye cream. It's not a dramatic improvement, but it's gradually made my skin more moisturized. The area under my eyes is more moisturized.
I didn't have high expectations, but after using it once in the morning and once at night around my eyes and on my nasolabial folds, after about a week, my skin felt plumper and my dark circles lessened, even though I was sleep-deprived. My eyelids felt warm on the first day, but they were fine from the second day onwards. My eyelashes also seem to have more body. I'll be using it again for a while.
