Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I usually use clay packs and enzyme facial cleansers, but every time I go for a skin analysis, I'm told that my skin's turnover is out of whack, so I wanted to try a peeling-type skincare product and found this one. I love Obagi and use everything from serums to sunscreen, and this one felt great to use as well. Other peeling-type skincare products make my skin feel tight after use, but this one doesn't feel that way at all, and my skin feels soft and moisturized after use. I also really like how it absorbs well with the skincare I use after it, so I can easily add it to my regular skincare routine. Using it on my entire face every day was a little harsh for me, so I plan to continue using it in specific areas like my chin and around my nose.
I saw it on social media and was intrigued, so I bought it, and it seems to suit my skin, so I've bought several more bottles. After washing my face in the morning, I apply some to a cotton pad and wipe my entire face. After that, I do my usual skincare routine, and I'm feeling great. I no longer get any acne, which I used to get occasionally!
I think it's effective
I use this as a wipe-off lotion instead of washing my face in the morning. I love it because it doesn't sting or irritate my skin even when it's not in good condition, and it reduces the roughness of my pores! It has a citrus scent and a thick texture. So far, my skin has been feeling good using this, and I plan to repurchase it when I run out.
I use it as a wipe-off peeling product when my skin feels really rough. It contains a wide variety of acids, so I think it's a valuable product in a sense.
