Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This facial cleanser doesn't irritate or irritate my skin, so I've been buying it for a while. I wouldn't say it's amazing, but I'll keep buying it until I find another good cleanser.
Since using Obagi, I feel like my skin has become brighter. I've been concerned about dullness as I've gotten older, so I'm happy that it has become brighter. I used to use a facial cleanser that cost less than 1,000 yen, so Obagi seems a little pricey, but I keep buying it again. It's a shame that Obagi isn't included in drugstore sales discounts, so I can't buy it cheaply. The lid on the container is a bit of a pain to open and close, so it would be easier to use if it was a type that could be easily opened.
I'm not sure if it's dead skin cells or sebum, or cleanser residue left on my skin, but when I touch my face a little after washing it while it's wet, it seems like flakes of whitish stuff come off. It's fine if it's just removing unwanted stuff, but... Since I started using this cleanser, I've noticed what look like fine wrinkles appearing around my eyes. I always just lightly touch the area around my eyes and never scrub, so I started to worry that maybe it's removing excess skin. I had high hopes for this product because it's Obagi, but it just wasn't perfect for my skin, and it's not exactly cheap, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.
It produces a fluffy lather that's neither too soft nor too hard. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized and bouncy after washing. I felt like my skin tone improved slightly immediately after washing. It took me almost six months to finish using it, so I think it's good value for money. It's a well-balanced cleanser with no peculiar taste, but I didn't feel like it had any particular strengths that made it a must-have product, so I won't be repurchasing it for now.
