Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

A Bioderma employee recommended this product to me at the Suzykirei store. I use it after using the lotion and serum from the same line. I was so impressed with the lotion that I honestly can't tell you how good this is on its own, but I like it because it's light yet moisturizing.
It's not flashy, but it's a cream I can recommend to everyone! As dryness becomes a concern this season, I was looking for a cream to use before applying makeup, and I came across this product. Texture: Slightly firm Feel: Sticky Moisture: Perfect Scent: None Although I mentioned that it feels sticky, it doesn't interfere with your makeup at all. In fact, it lasts all day and doesn't cause dryness to run down your makeup. It's reasonably priced, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who prioritizes moisturizing power.
Last winter, when my skin was at its driest, I used a 5ml sample and loved how moisturizing it was and how it didn't itch. I think this will be a reliable way to combat dryness this winter.
The moisturizing effect wasn't as strong as I expected, so I had to reapply quite often. I think this will be fine for the spring and summer in Japan, but it may not be able to withstand the dry winter temperatures and heating. It might not be able to withstand the dryness of an airplane... but using a separate eye cream was fine. I have sensitive skin, and I used this when my eyelids were very swollen and itchy. It doesn't blemish, so it's gentle, which is a big help. I'm grateful that this has helped calm my rough skin. It spreads easily, so I feel it's not too harsh on my skin.
I used the mini size. It seems rich, but is soft and easy to spread. I think it would be better if it had a little more oil for this time of year, but I think it's within the acceptable range. It has no smell or peculiar taste and is easy to use. It may feel a little heavy in the summer, but I think it can be used at other times.
