Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent was much weaker than I expected, which was boring. This was especially true because I preferred the strong scent of the FAS body milk I bought at the same time. It was a bit disappointing because the moisturizing effect was good.
The cream is smooth and blends well with the skin ^_^ Since it's HACCI, I thought it would have a sweet honey scent, but it actually has a refreshing citrus scent, which is a little different from what I imagined, but I think it does a good job of moisturizing the skin ♪

I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. I have dry, sensitive skin, and using products that are too moisturizing makes me itchy. However, products that are too light don't retain their moisturizing power, so I'm prone to dryness and itching. This body cream adheres tightly to the skin when applied, leaving it soft and moisturized without feeling sticky. I feel it's a bit pricey, but I like it so much that I would buy it myself.
I bought the one from the 2025 collection! It has a great smell and when you spread it, the surface becomes smooth and the cream spreads easily. It's not too sticky and becomes fluffy. I honestly think it's the best cream I've ever used. It's amazing!
