Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This serum is apparently used in medical aesthetic clinics, and is a revolutionary serum that targets skin stress and enhances the skin's barrier function! The packaging and product itself are simple and stylish! The dropper-type design makes it hygienic! The texture is slightly yellow and slightly thick, but it's light and spreads easily. It leaves a nice, moisturizing feeling, which is perfect for someone like me who is prone to dryness! The citrus herbal scent isn't too strong, but is subtle, making it easy to use! My skin has been feeling rough lately, and I've been struggling with dryness and enlarged pores, so I started using it and it seems to be gradually improving. I plan to continue using it.
I used up the whole bottle. I bought it after seeing good reviews on social media, but I didn't notice any particular effect... The scent was forest-like, green floral, or something like that, and it smelled nice, but the effect was just mediocre... it made no difference whether I wore it or not.
