Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was attracted by the affordable price and the claim that it is for inner-dry hair. No matter what I do, my hair gets dry and static-filled, but using this seems to help keep it relatively under control. The scent isn't too strong, so I feel relaxed while using it. The finish is smooth, but it doesn't feel dry or frizzy. I use Chantrix from another brand, but there are no problems with compatibility.
The smell is great, but I didn't notice much effect on my coarse hair.
Amazing! I had forgotten that it had been stored at the back of the shelf, so I tried it out. Wow, my hair is so soft! And it made my normally hard hair so smooth and silky soft. I was amazed. The scent was nice, too, so I liked it and stocked up at the flea market.
My hair feels nice and the scent is nice, so I plan to continue using it.
It leaves a light, smooth finish and I like the scent. However, it doesn't seem to work well with my curly, naturally frizzy hair, so it doesn't stay in place as well as I would have liked, even though I used a treatment.
