Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was hooked on the soothing aroma of organic lavender, so I bought the Aroma Moist Face Water Lavender from the Aroma Moist series. It was the perfect choice! The smooth lotion penetrates smoothly and is, above all, soothing! It's 100% organic, chemical-free, and gentle on the skin. The pleasant lavender scent is soothing to the soul and extremely comfortable to use. I look forward to the moment when I'm released from my hectic daily life. My skin is also moisturized and full of energy! It's also great for lotion packs.
The ingredients are good, but it's not very moisturizing. I have dry skin, so I prefer something thicker with various beauty ingredients. The subtle lavender scent is soothing.
I refilled it into a spray bottle and used it whenever I wanted to refresh myself! The lavender scent helped me relax and moisturize during the day! I'd love to try a citrus scent too!

It contains an effective blend of 100% plant-derived whitening and moisturizing ingredients, leaving your skin feeling moisturized the next morning. It has a lavender scent that wraps you in an aroma like aroma oil. Those who don't like this type of scent may dislike it, but I really liked it. I took out a small amount (about the size of a 500 yen coin) into the palm of my hand and patted it directly onto my face...it felt light when I applied it, but over time, I felt my skin become more moisturized. It's reasonably priced, so I think it's a great lotion for those looking to moisturize their skin.
I was able to use this product as a tester. This lotion is made with no additives and plant-derived ingredients, and its smooth texture allows it to penetrate quickly into the skin. The lavender scent is very soothing. On the other hand, it may not be suitable for those who dislike lavender. I've never been a big fan of lavender, but I love the scent of this product. It's also certified organic, so the quality is guaranteed. I also tried the sheet mask, and I recommend both sheet and cotton masks. It leaves skin feeling moisturized. It's also reasonably priced at 2,800 yen, so I think it's a good price for continued use. I believe that skincare is important for continued use, so cost-effectiveness is important. The glass bottle is treated as non-combustible waste in my municipality, so I would have liked a more eco-friendly container and refill. Since there is a set expiration date, I wonder if refills are considered unhygienic? I recommend this product to anyone looking for a light, non-sticky lotion.
