These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I love traveling, but I hate the bulkiness of makeup. For that reason, I avoid multi-color palettes like eyeshadows, and in the past I've used Muji cases and other similar products to pack single colors to reduce my luggage. This case seems to have solved that problem. I've always admired the quality and ease of use of Maquillage products, and I personally love them. Even though it's a little late to say this, I'm happy to be able to refill my favorite eyeshadows and blushes based on my mood. They fit snugly and securely, and the inside of the case hasn't gotten dirty with powder (so far). It can also hold about two brushes, so it's stress-free. It's a little late, but I'm going to buy some more eyeshadows and blushes and switch them out depending on my mood and the season, and enjoy makeup while traveling!
I bought this to organize my custom eyeshadows. It clicks into place easily and securely, so I'm happy with the purchase.
You can customize your favorite eyeshadow and it fits perfectly. The case is cute and makes you feel good. I bought the wrong eyeshadow tip, so it sticks out a little. The one that comes with the brush fits perfectly.
It's so easy to use, this is my second purchase! I love that it's compact and I can carry my favorite eyeshadow and blush in one set! I wish there were more designs!
