Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the scent so I bought this to use in the shower before going out.
The scent is nice, but it didn't make my hair very smooth. The scent didn't last until the next day. The shampoo lathers well, so you only need a small amount, but I don't plan on buying it again.
The shampoo lathered well, and the texture was soft the moment I dispensed it. It was extremely dry, probably because it contains sodium laureth sulfate, which doesn't suit me. (^_^;) The conditioner wasn't sticky and had just the right amount of lightness. I felt like my hair lacked a little moisture and shine after washing, but that was resolved by using more than usual. The scent shared by both the shampoo and conditioner is incredibly soothing! Honestly, the feel was a bit... well, yeah, but the thing I love most about this product is the scent. It's a gentle white floral moringa scent, reminiscent of a refreshing flower? Or maybe a forest? By combining it with the hair mist from the same series, the scent lingered until the next day, which was nice.
I bought this to try out because my points were about to expire. The scent is nice. I think that if you have hair or scalp problems, including age-related issues, it would be better to purchase products from domestic manufacturers.
