Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had this when I stayed at a hot spring, and I was amazed at how it removed the dullness and brightened my skin! So I searched for it and bought it on Suzykirei. I'm not as impressed with it at home as I was with it at the hot spring... but it spreads easily, doesn't dry out my skin, and isn't sticky, so I'll keep using it.
I'm currently using a small sample size. I was surprised at how thick it was, much thicker than I expected. When I scooped it up with my fingers, it melted with my body heat. It was easy to use and didn't irritate my skin. However, I wish it was a little more moisturizing. I use it at the end of my skincare routine, and it does feel a little dry after a while.
Many of the all-in-one cosmetics I've used up until now have been sticky, which I didn't like, but I really like this all-in-one gel because it's refreshing and non-sticky to use. It doesn't irritate my skin at all, so it's great for my busy morning skincare routine.
It's so moisturizing for an all-in-one product that it makes my skin so plump! Rather than just pumping once, I apply another coat on top of it once it dries, for a total of 2-3 coats! It's easier to use than oil-based creams, and I think it's great to use before applying makeup!
I tried it out at a hotel while traveling and liked how it felt, so I bought it. After letting it soak into my skin for a while, I liked how it moisturized my skin without being sticky.
