Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because a local general store recommended it. Pure Citrus was described as moisturizing, but I actually prefer a smoother finish. However, I didn't like the smell, so I went with this one. After using it, my hair became slightly moisturized and smooth within the first day. It feels like my hair has become softer. My hair is normal to coarse, with a lot of volume. I've been having trouble with occasional flakes lately. However, the feel of my hair was completely different on the days I used this and the previous one. To be honest, I've been washing my hair every two days because I feel like my scalp has been dry lately, but my hair still maintains a slightly moisturized and smooth texture. I haven't had any dandruff at all. I was so impressed that I recommended it to a friend. I've never been so impressed with the feel of any shampoo or treatment I've used in just one day. I definitely recommend giving this one a try. *I haven't used color, so I don't know how long it will last.
I used a sample. It smells great, and it leaves my hair smooth and manageable after washing. Maybe it's because I used a sample, but compared to other trial sizes, the amount was quite small for the price. I'm not sure if people with a lot of hair or long hair will feel the full effect with just one bottle. I'd like to try it again if the trial size was sold in a regular size.
