Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I touched it up with an Isetan mirror, so this is just a memo for myself. I thought the color was cute, so I used the tester casually, then I drank a few bottles of tea, and I realized it hadn't come off at all. The bottle wasn't dirty either. It wasn't a product that advertised that it wouldn't come off, so I wasn't expecting much, but it exceeded my expectations. I'm usually used to Lipmon, so I thought the matte type didn't spread well, and that it picked up on the parts of my lips that weren't smooth. I might buy Lipmon when I run out.
The calm color blends in better with the skin than I expected, and it's easy to use. I like the gorgeous packaging. It's comfortable to wear and has a beautiful finish, but it does come off after meals.
Highly pigmented and smooth to apply. Semi-matte finish. Fragrance included 274 French tea beige orange brown
This is the first time I've used Lancome lipstick. It has good color and doesn't crack vertically or horizontally on the lips. However, I think it might come off easily. I don't wear masks anymore, but I still reapply it every now and then. The color is cute, so I'll think about buying it again after I've finished using it.
I bought Timeless Romance. The colors are easy to use and very good. I'm very happy that it doesn't come off easily. I'm interested in other colors too.
