Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a smooth, easy-to-spread cream. It has a lovely scent. I'm supposed to massage it into my face using the technique recommended by Luxe, but it's a bit of a pain, so I just use it by gently rinsing it from the inside out. My skin feels a bit sticky afterwards, so it seems like it would be good for the dry season. It's not something they advertise, but the Luxe series moisturizer contains tranexamic acid as an active whitening ingredient, so using it together with Shiseido's 4MSK whitening serum gives me peace of mind!
I used two samples. I didn't notice any particular effect. But it was smooth, easy to spread, and moisturizing, so I liked it.
I was so pleased with the sample that I purchased the full product. I use it instead of cream and it really makes my skin firm.
I was torn between this one and this product's II, but I bought this one because the skin under my nose is dry. I use it after the beauty serum Benefique Serum, and although my nose no longer feels dry, I still have trouble with the shine sometimes, so next time I might try II. I can't really comment on this because I already have a lot of shine.
I haven't seen any results yet, but I've realized that daily skincare is important in the hopes of lifting my skin. Since I discovered Benefique, my skin tone has improved by one tone. My friends have also complimented me, saying, "Your face has become whiter."
