How to use
【眉毛】1. 用刷子蘸取适量眉粉，涂抹在眉毛上，用手背调整一下用量。2. 将眉粉与你想要的颜色混合，晕染在整个眉毛上。从眉头开始使用较浅的颜色，从眉毛中间到眉尾使用稍深的颜色，打造渐变效果，使眉毛看起来更有立体感。3. 从眉峰到眉尾画一条细细的眉线。【鼻影】用鼻影刷蘸取适量眉粉，从眉毛下方沿着鼻翼轻轻晕染。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

KATE's eyebrow powder is truly excellent. It's a daily necessity. I try other powders, but I always end up coming back to KATE's. It feels light on the skin and I love the pigmentation. The powder color is easy to use for natural makeup. I rarely use dark powder colors, so I always end up running out of the lightest color. I'd be happy if they released an eyebrow powder in a lighter powder tone in the future.

I've been using this ever since I was a student. It comes in three colors, the diagonally cut brush makes it easy to create gradations, and it's very affordable, so I've bought it again and again. However, the case breaks easily, so I wish they would improve it, even though it might be difficult given the price. But I'll probably buy it again when I run out!
