Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a moisturizing cream with ceramides and finally found a brand I'd never seen before. I was torn between several options, but the official description said it was recommended for inner dryness, which was the deciding factor! It feels thicker than I'd imagined it would be. It feels a little sticky immediately after application, but after a while, my skin feels smooth and fluffy. This type of cream can sometimes cause flaky skin when I apply sunscreen in the morning, but I didn't experience any. However, it seems best to leave it on for a while after applying it in the morning! After a while, I felt like the moisture didn't last as long around my cheeks, just under my eyes. I'm prone to acne, but so far, my skin hasn't irritated. I was hoping for a moisturizing boost, so this was a bit disappointing. Perhaps I'm using too little, so I'll try using a bit more today. If I'm happy with the finished product, I'd like to repurchase, but for now, I don't plan on repurchasing.
I received this from the official Sheeny website! It's a thick white cream that spreads smoothly and feels quite good. There's no particular scent that bothers me. It moisturizes well, so I think it's perfect for the dry season.
After applying lotion, all you need is this one product for easy skincare: emulsion, serum, and cream. Sheeny Aqua Essence Cream, also known as "Moisture Cream," uses cutting-edge Japanese skin barrier science to reduce the oil content and incorporate plenty of moisturizing ingredients. It's thick, yet spreads smoothly, so you don't have to worry about friction. It feels so good on the skin after application, you'll want to keep touching it. It feels like it seals in tightly, but isn't too heavy, making it a cream you can use in any season. And the best thing about it is the built-in spatula! I'm worried about hygiene if I leave it outside, and it's easy to lose it, so this is a great feature. I like to apply lotion after washing my face, so I thought this type of all-in-one was great.
I was told that this was all I needed after applying lotion, but since I have extremely dry skin, I use it as a lid at the end of my skincare routine. My skin felt soft and supple the next morning, which was great. I haven't found a good cream in a while, so I'm looking forward to this one in the coming season. It also comes with a lid and spatula, which makes it hygienic to use.
