Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent and lather are very nice. It's very refreshing. It leaves the scalp feeling refreshed, but it makes my hair feel dry. I have long hair now and I'm worried about the dryness of the ends, so I think I'll use it again when I cut it into a bob or short cut.
I was curious about it so I bought it! It smells nice and lathers well, but I don't think the feel and price match up!
I have very thin, fine hair. Because my hair is so thin, it was hard to find a shampoo that suited me, but this shampoo leaves my hair feeling smooth and voluminous without making it feel rough or flat. I use this and Kota interchangeably. It's a little pricey, but 250ml lasted me about a month and a half. I highly recommend it for anyone with very thin hair!
I have thick, coarse, and voluminous hair. I accidentally received a sample of this shampoo and conditioner when I purchased from the official website. My hair has become incredibly soft and fluffy! When I purchased the actual product, I thought that the "Smooth" conditioner would be better for voluminous hair, but I bought this conditioner because it's also soft and fun. I plan to switch to the Smooth conditioner next time, but it has really made a huge difference to my hair quality, so I might continue buying this series.
I've been buying this for years. I recommend it along with Smooth. The scent and foam are both great.
