Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm a warm spring skin tone. I'm using RD401. This red has a strong brown undertone, so it's easy to wear on a daily basis. It fades quite a bit by the time I get home from work, but I'm glad it lasts longer than the Ettusais shade I've been using. I'd like to try the brown next time.

When I was buying my second one, the beauty consultant recommended RD and PU. RD is a reddish-brown shade, lighter than BR, and is said to bring out the black of my eyes. PU is not as harsh as BK, and is more like a deep gray than purple. Both are easy to match with brown eyeshadows, but this time I chose PU, which has a more subdued shade. It's been a while since I've used eyeliner, and it got me excited.
