Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used to love department store cosmetics and would buy liquid eyeliner at department stores or duty-free shops, but since the COVID-19 pandemic, I've been using affordable liquid eyeliner from a self-branded cosmetic brand. My parents are Cosme Decorte fans and recommended this to me, so I gave it a try. The brush is firm and sturdy. I was able to draw clearly and distinctly. Since all I need to do is replace the cartridge, I think I'll try using this from my second time.
I was using the black one, but I bought the brown refill. I tend to tear up easily, but this one is excellent because it doesn't smudge or smudge. I like how it just comes off easily when I want to erase it. I'll definitely be buying it again.
