Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Hair type: Thick, curly, colored. Scent: Floral and gentle. It's not too strong during shampooing, and the next morning it has a faint scent that doesn't interfere with perfume. Usage: My hair feels softer, less frizzy after blow-drying, straighter, and a little shinier. However, the ends of my hair felt a little dry. Overall, I'm glad I bought this product. I hope it continues to feel this way as I continue to use it.
I bought it because I was attracted by the simple and stylish design! It has a soothing floral scent. It has a smooth and silky texture. It gives off a light and refreshing impression, but it also has a strong, firm feel. I was surprised that the scent lingered the next day! (I washed it off properly.) It was more effective than I expected, so I was happy to try it out.
It creates a fine lather and feels great to wash with. Since I started using this, I feel like my hair has become shinier. It's also got more body.
I bought a sample. The shampoo is clear and lathers well. The conditioner is smooth and easy to rinse. After drying, my hair feels moisturized and smooth.
I was looking for something other than salon-exclusive shampoos that was easy to find and suitable for straightened and aging hair, so I bought a trial version. The shampoo lathered quickly and was comfortable to wash with. The treatment also had a non-dripping texture, so I was able to blend it in thoroughly with a comb. It was easy to use, but...after using the shampoo, I felt like it wasn't moisturizing enough...and it ended up being dry after using the in-bath and out-bath treatments I already had. Since it's a smooth shampoo, it was light enough for my dry, aging hair...I only tried it once and won't be buying it again.
