How to use
按压2-3次于掌心，充分揉搓卸妆和污垢，然后用清水或温水彻底冲洗干净。如果妆容顽固，可使用更多用量并彻底清洗。如果不慎入眼，请立即用清水或温水冲洗。首次使用时，请按压泵头数次直至内容物流出。如果使用了防水眼线笔或睫毛膏，请使用专为眼部设计的清洁产品。注意不要让水进入容器。使用过程中请勿将泵头从容器上取下。请勿摇晃或倾斜容器，请直立存放和使用。如果泵头不再顺畅，请购买新的泵头。请将本品放在婴幼儿接触不到的地方。在浴室烘干机中使用时，请务必将其放置在远离浴室的地方。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
