Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it because the packaging was cute. I was looking forward to the rounded and transparent shape, but even though I bought the moisturizing version, it felt sticky and I couldn't get the hang of it, but it does protect my skin from dryness.

I bought this because it's fragrance-free, which is rare for Shiseido, and has a refreshing texture that's perfect for the sticky summer months. It's a truly refreshing and easy-to-use lotion. It's also moisturizing, so it doesn't feel just watery. It's easy to layer, and I think the texture is just right for summer, applying it to the neck and body. I recommend it to anyone who likes refreshing lotions.
It's a little more expensive than the budget-friendly ones, and it's fragrance-free, so it's a sure hit.
I was looking for a very simple lotion to use after my introductory lotion, and based on reviews, I bought the refill. It's watery and refreshing, especially for combination skin in the summer. I've applied it three times, and it's just the right amount of moisturizing, so it works as a lotion regardless of the serum or cream I use afterwards. Sometimes my sensitive skin gets irritated by alcohol, but this one is alcohol-free, so I don't have to worry about that.
