Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use Ceratis shampoo and conditioner, so I bought this to go with it! Just apply it to your hair when it's half-dry and it leaves it feeling nice and smooth. I love it! I want to keep using it!
It's moisturizing but not too heavy. I don't like it when moisturizing feels sticky, but this one doesn't. It's just right for me. If it's too heavy, the shampoo won't lather and oil will build up in my hair, but this one doesn't seem to do that, so I'm thinking of using this one in the winter.
I bought this series because I liked the feel of the shampoo and treatment. I use it after towel drying, and even though I have long hair, if I pump twice, my hair gets sticky in the morning. It leaves a pretty wet finish, so even if your hair is long, I recommend using just one pump and not getting it on the roots. If your hair is shorter than long, it might be better to use half a pump. I don't like the finish, so I probably won't buy it again...
My hair is curly and has been colored repeatedly, so it tends to be dry and frizzy. It's highly moisturizing, so I recommend it for people with hair like mine! However, one pump dispenses a lot, so it might be difficult to use for those with short or bob hair. I have long hair that reaches just above my belly button, so the large amount dispensed with one pump was a big plus, making hair care easier. I applied the Hair Dolce hair milk (5 pumps on each side) until my hair felt bouncy, then applied this hair oil (2 pumps on each side) and let it dry, and my hair became moisturized and manageable. Apply the hair milk evenly to the entire hair, and then apply the hair oil more heavily to the ends, finishing with a smooth, moisturized finish. The scent is similar to what you'd find at a drugstore; it's not bad, but it's not my favorite either. It has an artificial feel. The scent lingers lightly into the next day. I have sensitive skin, and I didn't experience any irritation while using this. If I can't find anything better, I'll definitely repurchase!
It was heavier than I expected, so you only need to apply a small amount to the ends of your hair. I applied it to the ends of my hair and brushed it all over, and it didn't get frizzy the next day, so it seems good!
