Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive, dry skin prone to allergies. My hair is soft, curly, and thin, and it's dry and damaged, so it's rough. I use this oil on a daily basis, and I like that it has a light texture so you can put on too much and not end up making a mistake. However, after using it for a while, I haven't noticed any improvement in the shine or manageability of my hair, and it just stays the same. I don't think I'll be buying it again, as I feel it's a little lacking.
This is a non-sticky oil treatment! It gives you a natural, shiny, smooth finish♪ Other oil treatments have a coating feel that makes your hands sticky, but this oil is not sticky. It also feels less manageable, but it makes your hair smoother, and the frizz caused by the pain subsides a little, so your hair settles down. It's not like the commercial, but I feel like I look younger (lol). I like the scent, but it fades quickly. It feels like the volume is small, but a small amount is enough to get your hair together, so it might last longer than you'd expect. I want to buy it again even after I've run out, and it's a product I'd recommend!
I received a sample when I purchased it. It is not sticky and blends into my hair, leaving it smooth after blow drying. At this price, it is convenient and I will consider purchasing it.
I've tried a lot of different hair care products, but this is my favorite. First of all, it smells great. It's an oil, but it stops being sticky when you apply it to wet hair. It gives my hair a great shine and keeps it together after drying it with a hair dryer. I'll buy it again when I run out!
I bought it on a whim when it was first released. I liked the refreshing, slightly bitter lime-like scent. It's an oil, but it's not sticky, and it makes hair shiny, smooth, and fluffy and soft, so I think it's good quality. However, I think the price is a little high for the volume. There are many other good products out there, so I don't plan on buying it again at the moment.
