I asked the salesperson to help me choose the lipstick that matches the color I normally use. Considering that you need a case and lip liner in addition to the lipstick, it's expensive and not a good value for the money, so I gave it a low score. I also think it's a bit strange to have to change just the lipstick every time to match the color of the lipstick, and the case is expensive after all.

Now in my mid-40s, I've started to feel like the contours of my lips are starting to blur. I tried using affordable lip liners, but I couldn't really see any difference. Then, I saw a lip liner from Clé de Peau Beauté in a beauty magazine and it looked good, so I had it touched up in store and liked it so much that I bought it. At first, I thought about No. 1 or No. 6, but when I actually tried it on, No. 6 was a pretty strong brown, and since it depends on the color of my lipstick, I went with the all-purpose No. 1. There's also a brush on the other side of the liner, so you can use it to fill in and spread your lips even without lipstick. When I actually used it myself, the color payoff was incomparable to affordable lip liners! There's a clear difference in the finish. It defined my contours, and not only my lip makeup but the overall impression of my face when I was wearing makeup was dramatically improved! It's making me look even more excited about makeup.

I've been using it for decades because it has good color and lasts a long time. It's also great value for money because it comes with refills.

I've been wanting this lip liner ever since I saw it with a beauty consultant. I was torn between 03 and 01, but after consulting with a Clé de Peau Beauté beauty advisor at Suzykirei Tokyo, we agreed that 01 was more natural, so I bought it. When I used it to reapply my lipstick after getting home, it applied smoothly like a crayon, and beautifully corrected any imperfections in my lip contour. The soft tip means I'll probably use it up quickly, so it's not the best value for money, but you can't beat the ease of application, so I'll repurchase it once I've used it. The lip pencil on the end is small and doesn't have many bristles, so I use a different lip brush at home and reserve this one for when I'm out. The color of 01 is very similar to my favorite MAC Whirl, so I think 01 would be a better fit than 03 for people who use a similar beige lip pencil.
