Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it because I heard it smelled good. It was more floral than I expected, and I would have preferred it if it had a stronger tea tree scent. The size is too small, so I think it's not a great value for the money. It's easy to use, though, as it's moisturizing without being sticky.
I love OSAJI hand cream and never run out. It penetrates deeply and moisturizes the skin. It's not sticky, so I can use it anywhere. I always have it in my bag.

When used in combination with Osaji's hand serum, it makes your hands even more moisturized and supple. I also really like the scent, and it's a hand cream I'd like to continue using.
