This is my third one. It's expensive, but worth it. The luxurious rose scent is soothing, and after using it, my skin feels smooth and the lotion I apply afterwards seems to soak in more easily. It can be a little painful at times, but warming it up in the palm of your hand helps. It's a pain, so I just apply it right away. I use it about twice a week, sometimes skipping and only once or twice a week, and it lasted me about a year and a half. I highly recommend it!
