Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The cleansing power is quite strong for a powder face wash, and it leaves your skin feeling very refreshed. I've never felt any tightness after washing my face before, so I was a little surprised to feel all the oil being taken away. It may not be suitable for people with sensitive skin. However, I personally like the feeling of having my skin completely washed, as it feels good. I'll use it from time to time!
I've been using Clear Wellness' lotion and milky lotion for a while, and I was also interested in their face wash, so I bought this. The salesperson at the counter told me that the powder type has a milder cleansing power than the soap type, so I chose the powder type. I don't mind having to lather it up every time, so I quite like the powder type, which seems to be effective on pores. It doesn't have a dramatic effect, but it doesn't make my skin feel tight after washing, and there's no irritation, so I can use it with confidence.

I bought the trial version. The reviews were late, so I bought the travel version, although the product image was different. I felt confident about the manufacturer and brand, so I didn't have any problems. However, I have a favorite product, so I don't have any plans to switch to this one at the moment.
Enzyme facial cleansers tend to come in small packages and can be a pain to use, so this one is easy to use. It's great for pore care. You can achieve clear, clear skin.
