Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have combination skin that's prone to acne. I used this in the amenities at my hotel. I think the cleansing power is quite weak. I wear light makeup, not even eyeliner, but it left some eyeshadow and glitter behind. I think it removed my BB cream. I think it would be difficult for me to use it without using a point makeup remover. However, my skin didn't feel tight after washing, and I didn't experience any signs of irritation.
I like gel cleansers, so I bought this one. I don't wear heavy makeup myself, so it's hard to evaluate how well it removes makeup, but I think it does a good job. However, there aren't any outstanding features, so I'll just rate it as okay, considering there are similar cleansers that are a little cheaper.
I've been using this lotion series for a long time, so I was curious about the cleanser too, so I bought it.
