Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I didn't think it was as bad as other reviews said! For some reason, static electricity in my hair has been worse than usual this year, and when I use a nylon brush, just one brush through my hair makes it fluff! I tried using several brushes I had, but nothing worked. I had no choice but to buy this brush I found on Amazon, and it only made it fluff. It's not completely static-free, but it has greatly reduced the discomfort for me, so I'm very satisfied!
I was impressed by how well it suppressed static electricity! It seems to have surprisingly bad reviews, but... it says in small letters in the manual that you should make sure you press your skin firmly against the metal at the base of the brush. By letting it act as an earth, you can effectively remove static electricity. (^ ^) If you haven't done so, give it a try.
Oh, I'm surprised it has such low ratings. I'm also concerned about my scalp and use a wooden brush with natural bristles, but it generates a lot of static!!! But when I comb my hair with this, the static really settles down and it makes my hair smooth. I bought it a few years ago and it's still extremely effective. I'm thinking about replacing it soon. I'll try other anti-static brushes, and if they don't seem to be as effective, I'll buy this one again.
I bought this at a drugstore about 15 years ago. The bristles were thin and long, with not much volume, but I wasn't having any issues with static electricity at the time of purchase, and I was using it as a regular, easy-to-use brush. I haven't had any issues with static electricity since, so I wonder if it's effective...? Then, this month, the bristles suddenly started to wear out, and two or three would break every time I combed my hair, so I went out to see if it was time to replace it, and to my surprise, I found the same product, so I'm buying it again. My hair is now about bob-length, but it's still a normal, easy-to-use brush.
I had previously purchased this brush from a drugstore, but when I bought it again after a long time and used it, I was surprised to find that it tangled my hair more than before. This may be because my hair type has changed, but unfortunately I will refrain from purchasing it in the future.
