Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought Primavista because I was attracted by the name "Favorite Beauty Serum Concealer." Eye makeup is tricky, isn't it? It didn't have as much coverage as I thought it would. If anything, stick concealers are easier to use. It only comes in one color, so it may not suit some skin tones. For now, the coverage is weak for a woman in her 40s, but I think younger people could use it. *My child stepped on it and it broke... I can't use it anymore (T ^ T)
I bought this with high expectations as it is a serum concealer specifically for the eye area. The tip is easy to use and fits snugly, but...huh? Unfortunately, I didn't notice any concealer effect. It does have a nice orange color, though. I'll try using it a little longer, thinking it's better than not using it as a serum at all.
I have naturally dark circles under my eyes, so if I use concealers in skin tones or highlighter colors, they turn out gray and stand out badly. This concealer has an orange-toned liquid that neutralizes and erases dark circles. It leaves a very natural finish. It doesn't smudge, is moisturizing, and isn't stiff, so I really like it!
Immediately after applying it, the dark circles seemed to disappear, but half a day later they were still visible... Maybe they were rubbed off by the mask.
I had high hopes for this concealer, considering its price, but it didn't seem to cover dark circles or blemishes. It also caused dryness. It didn't smudge, but the coverage was disappointing.
