Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The color is nice and I want to try other colors too.
I bought this after reading reviews. The pencil is just the right weight, making it easy to use. I immediately bought it again for carrying around. However, I think it tends to come off a little easily, so I'm not sure how it will be in the summer.
It's easy to use! It's thin and easy to write with!
I used to use Espresso, but my hair color changed, so I bought 01 Cinnamon here. I already had the holder, so I just bought the refill. 01 goes well with any hair color. If you apply it gently and smoothly, it will give you a natural brown color. I had previously used up 02 Maroon, and it was really easy to use. I only needed to replace the refill, and it wasn't too expensive, so that's a good point.
I've bought this many times before, and I didn't want to keep buying department store brand eyebrow pens, so I tried cheaper ones many times, but nothing came close to this one, so I came back. The ease of application and the color are perfect, so this is the only one I can use! lol
